Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EriMarket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EriMarket. Sellers must be based in Europe or the USA and must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts.

3. Seller responsibilities

  • Listings must be accurate, legal, and not misleading.
  • Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling orders and shipping products.
  • Sellers must comply with all applicable export, import, and tax laws.
  • EriMarket reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Buyer responsibilities

  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping information.
  • Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping costs.
  • Disputes should first be raised with the seller; unresolved disputes may be escalated to EriMarket.

5. Fees and payments

EriMarket charges a platform commission on each completed sale. The exact commission rate is displayed during seller onboarding. All payments are processed by Stripe. EriMarket does not store payment card data.

6. Prohibited content

The following are not permitted on EriMarket:

  • Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
  • Weapons, drugs, or hazardous materials
  • Content that is fraudulent, hateful, or abusive

7. Intellectual property

Sellers retain ownership of their product content. By listing on EriMarket, sellers grant us a non-exclusive licence to display their content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating sales.

8. Limitation of liability

EriMarket acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of listed items. Our liability is limited to the platform commission collected on a given transaction.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EriMarket after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
